Small businesses rely on their employees — the foundation of their operations. So, how can you protect your business and employees when disaster strikes?

Entrepreneur and top leader Janice Jucker strongly recommends business owners obtain insurance, enabling them to compensate their employees during operation closures. When shopping for plans, secure the lowest deductible with the best value. Unfortunately, catastrophes financially strain proprietors, so the more money they can ensure, the better. Additionally, Janice advises purchasing flood insurance regardless of your location. Natural disasters are inevitable, but having insurance offers peace of mind.

Join Odette D’Aniello in today’s episode of the Celebrity Gourmet Podcast, where she speaks with Janice Jucker, President and Co-owner of Three Brothers Bakery, about the bakery’s history and disaster relief for small businesses. Janice shares how a pecan pie made them a national sensation, an anecdote about a viral Thanksgiving dessert, and why businesses should invest in full-coverage insurance.
